ok beginning of the day.
woke at 5.
left house at 5.45.
was stupid and wore my courts shoes to walk on bus stop to another bus stop.
got big fat blisters.
became even more stupid.
put leukoplast on my blisters.
got to school.
pulled it out.
popped blisters.
ouch.
changed into kebayas.
went to spice rooms and set up hairdressing services.
mel khor and rachel toh tied hair too.
then we ran to the gardenia room directly below the staffroom on the second floor.
i ran barefoot.
and took the science test.
at 7 in the morning.
when the time was almost up and i already finished my paper i looked down and i found a hair net hanging on my kebaya,
and for 50 minutes i didn't know.
so funny!
ran back to the spice rooms.
put on make up.
so fun!
my foundation was weird and my blush was too light.
my lipstick was cool though.
and after make up we went to the other side of the spice rooms to practice.
then we moved to the music room.

stupid blisters man.
we sang cool.
and ate buns and drank water.
sang some more.
went to toilet and esther lin and jedidah saw me.

we sang one more time.
then we got on the bus to victoria concert hall!
lower sec and upper sec different buses.
i sat with JIENNEE!

got there and stood outside the main door warming up.
mrs tang and mr ang were there.
we waited for quite a while
then we were brought to the waiting room where we could warm up properly.
we sounded good.
went to the back of the stage and could hear the choir before us.
so scary.
they sounded bad.
heh i'm so mean.
oh well.
i kept pulling my bra down.
stupid bra kept riding up.
and showing in my kebaya.
anyway.
the nwe went to the stairs to prepare to get on stage.
and guess what
just as i stepped onto the stairs my plaster on my bloody blister came out and was SO BLOODY PAINFUL.
pfft.
then i was walking funny on stage.hope no one noticed.
everyone sang.
we were good.
until the 'as prisoned birds'
I CAME IN EARLY.
i was like oh SHIT.
mrs goh was like looking at the sops.
so scary!
other than that nothing happened.
then in between either everyone sang and urok or urok and lenggang,
TERI COUGHED.
omg.
it was so scary kay!
then mrs goh was looking murderous.
poor teri!
she was crying when we got off stage.
urok was good.
just that we went off key at the last part.
leng gang was good too.
we went a little high, but was ok.
there was this guy who was mrs goh friend i think.
he said our expressions LIT UP THE STAGE!
and we were FANTASTICALLY GOOD!
cool right!
then we went to the seats to sit and hear the other choirs.
everyone was staring at us.
haha.
THEY WERE SO COUTH AND RUDE AND AHLIAN!
omg. ick la.
so horrible.
no shame people.
my blisters were hurting like shit.
then after hearing crescent. we walked to funan the IT mall to have lunch.
how weird is that.
70-80 girls in kebayas and make up and court shoes walking in the hot sun to the IT MALL.
so funny.
then we were walking along and this girl from another SYF school had fainted on the sidewalk.
she was having a fit!
so scary!
and the girl taking care of her was so rude.
'excuse me can you all not stare cause she'll feel quite... you know.'
and she said it in a very rude way.
and mrs yogee was so cool and calm and she just went 'oh we're just looking at her cause we're concerned that's all'
and we just walked off.
mrs yogee rocks.
i love our choir teachers in charge.
they're totally cool.
then a big bunch of choir girls went into the first fast food restaurant they saw.
which was kfc.
yay man.
then melkhor helped me buy stuff.
and we were cool kebaya people sitting in kfc eating burgers and fries.

after eating we walked around funan.

then it was time to go.

and sarah was like going around with me telling the seniors that it was time to go.

then we got to annboo.

AND SHE WAS SO MEAN!

sarah was like 'we have to go now'

and ann was like 'it's only 1.10'

and she gave us that 'you're such a loser' look.

so mean and dao!

but i think she's super cool.

hehheh!

we were gathered outside osim.

and everyone was blocking osim.

i said we were affecting their business.

so funny.

then liang hui was playing the 'see see my baby, come on and play with me'

that game.

it's so old!

so cute!

then jasmine was chasing me around cause i put a piece og paper down her kebaya.

haha.

then we walked all the way back to victoria.

we were sweating.

anyway, we were in the concert hall listening to the rest of the choirs and rachel toh was sitting in front of me and we were saying that we were not as demoralised as before cause they sucked.

hehheh.

SHHH!

then in between these two songs mrs wang called the bus driver to pick us up and she was like 'hello ah, bus man ah'

then i started laughing like shit.

at first i was trying to controll by putting my head between me knees.

then i let a ONE LOUD SOUD that went HEH.

and it sounded like someone singing and it REBOUNDED!!!!

how cool was that!

very loud.

and everyone turned around and stared at me. xD

anyway.

the schools were all quite bad.

and this particular school was really really bad.

i shan't say names. xD

we were laughing at all the choirs.

silently of course.

they all sang the set piece that every has to sing 'everyone sang' with a japanese accent cause it was written by a jap guy.

i bet you they all copied RI.

i think.

yea.

anyway.

then after listening to them we got on the bus back.

we were all singing horribly on the bus.

aha!

it was raining.

we reached school and waved to all the dance girls.

haha.

very fun.

then we got to the spice rooms and packed our stuff and got out.

and ended up OUTSIDE the spice rooms.

no diff.

haha.

mrs wang was rushing all of us to hurry up.

then we were all changing in clear view of the lobby hehheh.

then i finished changing and mrs wang made the rest of the people who were still changing to go toilet.

i'm so sly.

then we were all waiting impatiently for rachel and teri the seniors.

their bus picked them up later than ours.

when they came back then they changed and we left for victoria.

we took a bus and i claimed i knew the way and we took the wrong bus.

then i was saying we could walk backwards one stop.

and we walked a LOONG LOOOONG way before getting lost.

and we were going around asking directions.

and we went into the city...city something.

city exchange?

city...aiya can't remember.

and sarah and jazzy went off to ask people.

then they came running back saying they knew where it was.

and they ran off with us far behind.

and we lost them.

so we just kept walking. and we got out of the city...thing and out of esplanade.

and saw them running out through another entrance.

haha.

then we got really annoyed cause we were late so we just got a cab.

and had to split two.

then we realised there was a big sign saying ' <- to victoria theatre'

and i felt so bad cause i claimed i knew the way.

stupid me.

anyway.

we got to the concert hall in time.we were very nervous.

and we still had to wait another twenty minutes before the result.

first they introduced the judges.

we cheered loudly for ko matsushita, the composer of the set piece,

and also for MR ZECHARIAH GOH.

who choreographed my favourite song, leng gang kangkong rasa sayang.

we were screaming like shit.

at least i was.

then they were announcing the results.

haha.

i was sitting next to steph zhao.

on my other side was this guy.

haha.

then they were announcing and i was grabbing her had like shit.

then someone in front said we were choir 81.

then.

BOY DID WE SCREAM OUR HEADS OFF.

then i burst out crying.

then everyone started crying.

screaming and crying and screaming and crying and screaming and crying.

then the guy beside me congratulated us.

and this guy in front also.

so sweet.

i will never forget that moment.

the first time i REALLY cried cause i was happy.

i just BURST out crying.

I WAS SO SENTIMENTALLLL!

then we left.

all went outside crying and hugging each other.

i was so happy.

choir is the best thing that happened to me this year.

yay.

i love choir almost as much as i love edward.

then we were outside victoria and taking pictures and we did the sc cheer and did three cheers for the teachers and mrs goh.

i screamed alot.

then we walked to the train station.

a few of us la. not all.

we walked past a football field and were singing.

we were laughing how the guys would stop when we when STOP. IN THE NAME OF LOVE.

haha.

then we saw annboo across the street and all yelled BYE ANNBOO.

and she waved.

haha.

she's so uber cool.

then i went to my mum's shop.
